Since joining the industry in 2004, Michael has supported broad range of multi-billion dollar Railway, Infrastructure, Construction and Transportation projects across Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. In Australia, Michael has led the project and progress control for the Queensland New Generation Rolling stock (NGR) Project, starting from its early days to the successful delivery and entry into service of the first trains in South East Queensland. He has since then supported other major contracts such as Melbourne Metro Tunnels, Stations & Signalling, Sydney Metro City & South West, Sydney WestConnex and the Australian Future Submarine Defence Program, by sharing his expertise to support a successful project delivery.
Michael also leads FACCI’s QLD Transport and Infrastructure subcommittee, where he facilitates key industry sessions regarding Transport and Infrastructure developments, bringing together public and private sector professionals for development and collaboration.
Julien Bourrand has been supporting multi-billion major projects for over 10 years, providing Project Management and Planning Performance & Controls expertise for Railway, Aerospace and Construction industries in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
With a combination of PMO and Project Management experience, high-level engineering knowledge and excellent communication skills, Julien consistently proves his ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. He is extremely organized, reliable and always uses pragmatic approaches. He is able to conceptualize for executive and top management levels and at the same time, collaborate with operational people to understand details in tricky situations and how to address them. Julien has demonstrated countless times his capability to make organizational diagnostics in complex environments within short timeframes and deploying corrective actions to ensure improvement in operational performance and successful and timely project execution.

Bradley Goostrey has 14 years’ experience in Project Delivery Support roles across a broad range of industries in Project Controls, with a strong emphasis on Scheduling. He has gained advanced skills in most scheduling tools. He has considerable knowledge in Program Management, built and managed large project portfolio, enabling key project recommendations with regard to Critical Path Analysis, project risks, Schedule Construction, Analysis and Maintenance.
He is also an experienced cost control and cost analyst, where he has used to build Portfolio / Program level Dashboard reports and for cost reporting as well as various software packages for planning and reporting. He has built and led Project Control teams to manage large and complex projects and trained both Project Controls and Engineering staff on Project Controls Systems.
Haroon has over 13 years’ experience in the construction and infrastructure industries. He commenced his career in electrical / mechanical industry and was involved in the planning and construction of major social projects (hospitals, schools, universities). His experience spans all project phases, from scope definition and business case development, procurement, through delivery to project close-out. Haroon is an MBA qualified, PMISP and PMP certified project management professional who has built an excellent rapport amongst his clients by providing reliable, flexible, client centric and tailored services.
In recent years, Haroon has largely worked in the economic infrastructure (rail, light rail, roads). He provides industry clients with project planning advice on their major developments. His expertise includes Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, Reporting, Forensic Delay Analysis.
Phil brings over 20 years experience delivering multi-billion dollar projects in the construction, mining and infrastructure sectors across Australia, including 10 years in the rail industry. He has most recently been engaged as a project controls manager and PMO consultant on Metronet Rail projects in WA.
Taking a collaborative approach with the project management team, Phil builds and maintains strong client relationships. He has successfully led project controls teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Phil’s area of expertise includes Planning and Scheduling, Integrated Project Controls, Risk Management and Delay Analysis.
Steve is an experienced Project Control and Planning Specialist, with 19 years of planning experience in sectors including defence, construction, infrastructure, and rail with an emphasis on scheduling, planning, and consulting. Steve has assisted in the successful delivery of many large projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia for recognized companies such as BAE System Avionics and BP. These projects include the Sydney Transport Opal Card Project, Heathrow airport terminal replacement project, and Queensland Next Generation Ticketing System.
Steve brings extensive expertise in the developing and updating of plans within an integrated Business Management System throughout the entirety of the project management cycles. He has a proven track record of producing innovative solutions which meet and exceed business expectations and requirements.
Rocky is a project manager with an engineering background and has 10+ years of delivering multi-disciplinary projects within the Rail, Infrastructure and Building industries across Australia, Asia and UK. Rocky delivers tailored solutions to his clients using his wide exposure across the full project life cycle. Example of coverage includes feasibility analysis, scope and contract definition, design and approval management, construction and production governance strategy.

Robert is an experienced and highly driven project control professional, with 15 years of construction planning and scheduling experience in sectors including oil and gas, mining and metals, clean power, and rail. Robert is results focused subject matter expert, with advanced knowledge of dynamic planning & scheduling systems, methodology and philosophies. He has assisted in the successful delivery of large international and domestic construction projects across Australia, Europe and Asia for recognized clients such as Inpex, Alcoa and BHP. These projects include Ichthys LNG Plant, Fjardaal Aluminium Smelter, and Worsley Alumina Refinery Expansion.
Robert is passionate about implementing practical and effective project controls which are used by the project teams in order to make better decisions. He does this by integrating people, processes and systems.
Omid is highly experienced and skilled in project planning and scheduling, updating projects schedules and reporting projects progress status with seven years of hands-on experience in different industries.
Omid is proficient in using project scheduling software tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel and Power BI(for visualization).
