Since joining the industry in 2004, Michael has supported broad range of multi-billion dollar Railway, Infrastructure, Construction and Transportation projects across Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. In Australia, Michael has led the project and progress control for the Queensland New Generation Rolling stock (NGR) Project, starting from its early days to the successful delivery and entry into service of the first trains in South East Queensland. He has since then supported other major contracts such as Melbourne Metro Tunnels, Stations & Signalling, Sydney Metro City & South West, Sydney WestConnex and the Australian Future Submarine Defence Program, by sharing his expertise to support a successful project delivery.
Michael also leads FACCI’s QLD Transport and Infrastructure subcommittee, where he facilitates key industry sessions regarding Transport and Infrastructure developments, bringing together public and private sector professionals for development and collaboration.
Julien has been supporting multi-billion major projects for over 10 years, providing Project Management and Planning Performance & Controls expertise for Railway, Aerospace and Construction industries in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
With a combination of PMO and Project Management experience, high-level engineering knowledge and excellent communication skills, Julien consistently proves his ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. Ben specializes in procurement and has assisted business in the past to complete their transformation of the team from tactical to strategic procurement/category management: recruitments and training of the team, set up of processes and tools; implementation of a new e-procurement solution.
Rocky is a project manager with an engineering background and has 14+ years of delivering multi-disciplinary projects within the Rail, Infrastructure and Building industries across Australia, Asia and UK. Rocky delivers tailored solutions to his clients using his wide exposure across the full project life cycle. Example of coverage includes feasibility analysis, scope and contract definition, design and approval management, construction and production governance strategy.

Jay has 10 years of experience in Pre-Contracts and delivery roles across a broad range of major infrastructure Australian projects with a strong emphasis on tender strategy and submission, procurement, commercial and cost management.
Jay has been involved in the complete project life cycle for infrastructure construction of a mine in Central Qld from Tender stage, to award to delivery and project closure for major Australian Contractors as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Jay has exposure to Early Contractor Involvement type of work, where he played instrumental role in development of 5 years cost plan, strategic development of the project procurement and local content, and upstream and downstream lead contract administration.
He was also involved in business case feasibility studies, in addition to project delivery.
Jerome has 40 years of solid background in general engineering industry ranging from manufacturing, project management, construction to consulting businesses and he has worked on a broad spectrum of projects. Jerome's engineering experience encompasses most sectors including large-scale industrial facilities, power stations, mining, built environment and infrastructure projects (road, rail, ports and air). He has led multidisciplinary teams on major projects and have advised clients on the justification of various strategic alternatives.
Jerome has provided cost benefit analysis advice on numerous engineering projects. He has established Client Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, marketing campaigns and brand management programs for a number of companies; this has allowed these companies to capture and retain business from major national, corporate and government clients. He has provided training in the areas of CRM, Business Development and marketing.
He has led a multitude of strategic initiatives and have authored numerous strategic papers and documents. I have managed multi-million dollar projects in a wide range of industries in Australia and Europe and have managed project teams with up to 100 staff.
